Our providers hold medical licenses in United States. At the time of treatment, you must be physically located in the country.

1. An Akos MD Virtual Urgent Care Doctor will examine you, diagnose you, and treat you.
2. Treat minor medical issues such as a cough, sore throat, flu-like symptoms, rash, allergies, and pink eye.
3. Get a post-visit summary that includes a treatment plan and any follow-up instructions, such as referrals for a specialist appointment or diagnostic imaging.
4. Please have us alert your primary care physician so that they can contact you about your appointment.
5. Prescriptions from your Virtual Urgent Care practitioner can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
6. If you prefer to speak a language other than English, request interpretation service.

Virtual Urgent Care is not meant to substitute regular doctor visits for normal healthcare needs such as an annual physical.
